Suprise of the century...

My brother, Ajo, has been friends with Ilyas, from Mistaken Identity, since like FOREVER.

I swear I could have killed myself. Why? Cause I came home late on Friday after their gig at Esplanade without telling him why. Coincidence? No. Freaky? Hell yes.

Anyway, I was just reading The Alchemist by Paulo Coehlo. I'm only halfway done but it already got me thinking of my future, my life, my dreams and what I really want to do in life. At times, the things you really want to do are simply forbidden. Perhaps because of your religion, or your other obligations. Or maybe because you know it's not worth your time and money. But the point is, it's still your dream. Only you can make it happen, not those around you. We have to sacrifice certain things in life in order to achieve that particular dream. It's called opportunity costs.

We can't expect to have everything in life. But we can have what we want. I'm just rambling, really. I think too much. So much for being a thinker, eh? Bleargh.
